The Adventures

We’re based in Chablis. We’re easy to find, and there is free parking right in front of our office.
We also offer Adventures that start outside of Chablis.

If you’re a group with a specific request, just get in touch.

Our scooters are very easy for most people to use. It’s just like riding a bike! But no activity is risk-free. Falls can happen, just like in cycling or mountain biking.

You must be 14 years old or over or at least 1.50 meters in height to be able to use a scooter. But there are sometimes higher minimum ages for more difficult routes. “Family” Adventures are suitable from 14 years old, others from 16 or 18 years old.
The maximum weight for adults is 110 kg (17 stone/322 lbs).

For safety reasons, pregnant women and people with balance or mobility problems are prohibited from riding our scooters.

Similarly, while we don’t want to discriminate, our scooters are best ridden by “non-fragile” people. We don’t specify an age limit, but seniors are more vulnerable to injury in the event of a fall.

Generally speaking, most people can manage all our Adventures, but each description contains the length of the route and the expected duration. Don’t panic, we’ve given generous estimates so you can feel free to take your time.

Our routes have been designed based on very specific regulations and themes. We review them regularly, and they are between 15 and 30 km in length.
No, you cannot go wherever you like. We have selected a certain number of specific and measured routes that are designed to keep you safe and respect the environment.
It is therefore forbidden to go outside the marked routes, no off-piste riding!
Safety is our number one priority, so you must comply with our instructions.

The maximum authorised speed is 25 km.

No effort is required, just a little flexibility and you’re good to go!

Yes, if you’re a group of more than 6 people, or a company.

We’ll need some time to prepare, so please get in touch to find out more.

We set a meeting time at the departure point, we bring the scooters and we’ll meet you at the end of the Adventure in the same place!
We provide the compulsory safety helmets, along with a hair net, gloves, and protective glasses.
You must wear closed shoes such as sneakers or tennis shoes.

Please dress comfortably. You can change on our premises, and we can keep your belongings for you.

For health reasons, shower facilities are not available.
However, we do have a cloakroom on our premises.

Payment for an Adventure is made at our office, or directly online for Gift Cards.

We will ask you for a deposit before you begin your Adventure.

Social distancing is respected when we greet you at our office and when we hand over the scooters.

All our equipment – scooters, helmets, gloves, glasses and GPS devices – is cleaned and disinfected each time it is handled.

Gift card orders

The site has been granted an SSL certificate, which is generated by OVH.

Secure payment is available through Stripe, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

You can add or remove items from your shopping basket as long as your order has not yet been confirmed.

If you wish to modify an item after your order has been placed, you will have to cancel it completely.

As a gift card order automatically generates an immediate PDF download, it will unfortunately no longer be possible for us to cancel it.

If you do not wish to keep your gift card, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.

Oneuptour.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay.
Gift cards are not registered to a particular name. You can give them to anyone you choose.
The amount of the gift card is used to pay for the Adventure(s) of your choice. It can be used once, up to the limit of its value. If the order exceeds the amount of the gift card, the beneficiary can make up the difference with another payment method accepted by One Up Tour.

Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

No, gift cards cannot be exchanged for any form of monetary compensation, whether totally or partially, including cash, transfer or deposit to a bank account, nor be applied to receive any sort of discount.

My account

It is free to create an account but you have no obligation to do so. If you do create an account you will be able to place a new order without having to re-enter your personal data. You can also track the status of your current order in your dashboard and view your order history.
We know, it happens! Luckily you can always request a new password. When you log in and enter your email address, you can then tell us that you have forgotten your password. We’ll send you an email right away with instructions on how to create a new password.
If you wish to update your profile, log in to your customer account, and click on “My Account”. You will then be able to change your full name and email address.

To modify or add an address, simply select “My Addresses” and fill in the required fields.

It is extremely important to us that your personal data is processed safely and correctly. But you may have your own reasons for wanting to delete your account. Of course, you can contact us at any time, and we will take prompt action to delete all your personal data (excluding data that we are legally authorised or obliged to keep).
