Domaine Vocoret
The Vocoret family has been tending its vineyards for four generations, and now lovingly manages around 50 hectares, including the most famous Chablis wines. Vinification is traditional and bottling is carried out exclusively at the winery.
Tastings and visits to the Cellar can be organised after any Adventure from Chablis
Domaine Testut
Cyril Testut took over the Domaine in 1998 from his father Philippe Testut, who founded “Château Grenouille”. The winery and the vineyards – which are all within the Chablis appellation – are located within the vineyard area that was originally defined by the Cistercian monks.

Domaine Philippon
The history of the winery at the Château de Fleys began when Julien Philippon arrived in Fleys at the end of the 19th century. He was a lumberjack and bought the woods, land and vines which still make up almost the entire estate today. Since then, the estate has been passed down from father to son.

Domaine Pattes Loup
Growing up with a winemaking father and grandfather, Thomas Pic soon inherited the same love for the profession. His curiosity, his desire to respect the environment and the health of those close to him, were decisive elements: organic farming was the obvious path.

Domaine Vrignaud
As an independent winegrower and harvester, Guillaume Vrignaud presents his winery in Fontenay-Près-Chablis. Focusing on the sustainability of its terroirs and the quality of his wines, he has chosen the organic route, with the exception of the Premier Cru Mont de Milieu.

Domaine Brocard
Right from the very beginning, Jean-Marc Brocard has been committed to viticulture that respects the environment. Sixty hectares have so far been certified as Organic, and forty are grown biodynamically. The estate is one of the leading organic wine producers in Burgundy.

Domaine Laroche
From vine to grape: Domaine Laroche is committed to responsible agriculture and sustainability, which translates into agro-ecological viticulture. The historic base of Domaine Laroche – the Obédiencerie – is steeped in local heritage.

Domaine Gueguen
Both born into winegrowing families, Céline and Frédéric embarked on their own viticultural adventure in 2013. They founded their Domaine in the heart of the Chablis vineyard, in the town of Préhy. They manage 25 hectares of vineyards and produce several different grape varieties in a range of Burgundy AOCs.

Domaine de la Meulière
Passed down from generation to generation since 1779, the Domaine de la Meulière is now in the capable hands of brothers Nicolas and Vincent Laroche. The property is located in Fleys and spans 25 hectares. On average, the vines are 32 years old, and all harvested manually.

Domaine Denis Race
This winery is run by a team of women: Laurence works with two of her daughters, Claire and Marine, on their 18-hectare estate which spans four appellations: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Premier Cru and Grand Cru. The estate takes care of the entire process, from viticulture to sales.

Domaine Pinson
For almost four centuries the Pinson have been established as winegrowers on the prestigious lands of Chablis. Laurent, his daughter Charlène, and Christophe work with passion and love, a domain of 13 hectares, on the 4 appellations, including a Grand Cru les Clos.

The VINÉA PASSION museum is the vine and wine museum in Chablis, created by Alexandre Gautherin. Discover its viti-vincole collection, and taste its wines from the Ermitage Ste Vaubourg estate.
